Parsnip & broccoli soup

INGREDIENTS:

1000ml beef broth​
6 parsnips peeled and cut
1 whole broccoli
1 white potato peeled and cut

METHOD

  1. Turn the slow cooker on to high
  2. Cut and peel all the vegetables
  3. Wash the vegetables before adding to the slow cooker
  4. Add the beef broth and water
  5. Cook in the slow cooker for 3 hours
  6. Blend the vegetables together and serve

Add salt and pepper as desired
