To heat broth
Put one serving (100 – 150ml) into a saucepan and heat on a low-medium heat for 30 seconds to 1-minute. Stir occasionally.

Our nourishing lamb bone broth is made using lamb necks; full of connective tissue, that helps turn the broth into a gelatinous drink. We only use the bones from grass-fed lambs and we always roast our bones before adding them to filtered water with a little apple cider vinegar for mineral extraction. Our apple cider vinegar is organic and made here at Boil and Broth, we have found our own apple cider vinegar helps to produce a premium broth filled with collagen and protein.
Bone broth is a great way to diversify your diet with wholefood goodness. A traditional type dish that our grandmothers have been making for years, bone broth has a whole array of health benefits that we are only just discovering now.
At Boil and Broth, we make our broth as raw as you can get; ours is simply bones, apple cider vinegar and water. We choose not to add additional ingredients because some foods people are sensitive to. We want to make our bone broth as accessible as possible, which is why we leave the rest up to you.
To enhance the flavours of our bone broths, we always roast our bones first. Roasting brings out the richness of flavours from the bones themselves, which means our broth is very easy to drink on its own.
