In 2022, we were successful in winning a local LoveLocalTrustLocal Dorset innovation award for the innovating of our frozen bone broth to dehydrated.

The LoveLocalTrustLocal business awards is a Dorset run event by the lovely Barbara Cossins of the Langton Arms. The LoveLocalTrustLocal organisation are passionate about supporting local businesses in farming and food production. They champion ethical farming and great producers in the local Dorset area.

To win this award, we had to demonstrate innovation in our business. When we innovated our bone broth preservation from frozen to dehydrated, we became the first UK bone broth manufacturer to do this, and with great success. Since switching our broths to dehydrated we have reduced our carbon footprint by 30% and seen an increase in sales not just in the UK, but in Europe and the USA too.
